ECTARC’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan showcases their commitment not just to pursue equity for First Nations peoples, but to continue to listen and create opportunities for their people and the wider community to learn more about First Nations cultures.

Integrating the original artwork ‘Telling a Story’ from local Illawarra artists, Aunty Lorraine Brown and Aunty Narelle Thomas of the Coomaditchie United Aboriginal Corporation.

The result was a visually cohesive and engaging document design that reflects ECTARC’s commitment to Reconciliation, fostering cultural awareness and connection within early childhood education, and the local community.
